At JujuVibe, we partner with print providers Printify and Lulu Direct to provide our designs on your items. Both print providers require 3 business days to prepare items for shipment. Actual delivery averages between 3-15 business days. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

All books are published at Lulu Direct, and will be shipped from there to the customer. If there are any problems, please notify kathy@jujuvibe for resolution.

All other items will be shipped via Printify: 

JujuVibe customers receive an unbranded email right after their order is delivered.
From here, they can check their order details
Customers can report any issue in just a click.
Printify's customer support team manages and issues reprints or refunds.
